How can we define terrorism? From the root word terror, well it is clear and well defined by the root word terror meaning fear. Fear of what death and hunger? Fear of losing a family or friends, which one? Our brothers Muslim are our blood family not only in biblical history but also a part of the Filipino people, yet there are question arising about the reason why they kill for what they believed in. do they have the same aspect of preserving life, do they have the same thought that we are brothers and we are not enemies, how thus churches faces such act, does our church have to condemn their action towards not only Christians but also to their fellow Muslims.
The speaker mention that one of the major player on the agreement between the MILF and GRP process is the United States of America, how come you need their advise when we know they are not Filipino, and the one who requested help from the US is Hasim Salamat, and the only thing that was in this agreement is about our land, the ancestral land, the US do not own our land, Hasim has no right to let other country mingled in our political and internal issues, it will become a practice for other countries to mingled with our problems. Well unless there is self interest. Well each one have their self interest and deceiving thought we thought their interest is for everybody, but in other way it can be their own benifit.
Remember the MNLF also ask for ancestral domain, and then they have been given that right, and it was not over, after them, here comes another group asking for their own the MILF, I am not selfish to give it but here is the question are we all have the right to claim too for we are all Filipino, my blood line has Tausog, what if I ask for my ancestral land, another will ask it again.
The same scenario in Marawi City in their land no Christian is allowed to express their religion, what if the ancestral land which they ask is the Mindanao that happens when MNLF fights for their right and this law was implemented what does our Million Christian fellowmen will think, they will fight with the same reason.
Anscestral domain? Well If I remember my history lesson right , the Aetas are the first Filipino in this Island Philippines, then what if they claim the whole Philippines archipelago, well it is just a thought that could happened.
My final word,” it is better to live in a world with peace, that God has created for all humans, to share with, to care with, without destroying and killing each other”
